Issue with Sears service in my area, where the majority of the homes are second homes, is that they do not tell you when you buy the extended warranty........they they only service the area MTWT. So everytime I have had to use them is forces me to make a special trip. I got an email at 7:30 in the morning that the tech was on the way.....so I hung around. He showed up at noon...........did his work in about 30 minutes....and he was very professional and polite. Previously they stood me up once....and another time showed up at my home 75 miles away. Each time I have used them....the techs are fine....it is the rest of the misery dealing with them. No wonder they are in trouble.

Technician was 2 and a half hours late. Unacceptable. I will never use them again. Although tech let me know he was coming late, either way its late. I have reserved a specific time to be free and they failed miserably

Excellent customer service. Arrived on time to appointment. So, I didn't have to cancel anything I had pending that day. It was quick and was very friendly.

The technician arrived inspected the oven. He troubleshooted and found out the problem. Put in an order for parts need and parts arrived in a few days. Tech returned and finished the job. Took a few times but they got it right!!
