Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning

I wanted to write this due to my experience with Don from Integrity heating and Air. First off, I made an appointment 20 days out, and I asked to be on a list so that if something came up I would be able to get service sooner. Well, the women that answered the phone kept me in constant contact and I was able to get service within 3 days. The excellent Customer Service also called me the morning of my appointment to tell me when the technician would be arriving. Well, they were spot on, Don showed up right on time, he evaluated the issue quickly and was extremely professional, explaining what was wrong and quickly fixed the issue. Excellent service would highly recommend them. I am now thinking of going on a maintenance program with them. Top notch, every vendor should have customer service like this. I should know I have been in the customer service business for 40 years! GREAT Job!!
