I would give zero stars, but it's not allowed. Called them first thing in the morning. They ASSURED me "someone" would be able to take care of it that day. I explained to them that I would be removing a $100+ board-up job to prep for their arrival. I also explained how crucial it was to receive service that day, as I do not live in Jackson and would be flying home the next day. I waited 5 HOURS to hear nothing. After calling them back, I was informed that "Gary just plum forgot. Sorry" Really professional operation. Way to keep up with work orders. Then, the lady tells me that she'll "see what she can do." The result: no call back from her AND they stopped answering the phone completely. Interestingly enough, the unanswered phone forwarded directly to Gary. Left him multiple messages, pleading for help. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I was left alone trying to seal up a commercial property in the middle of downtown, where thieves will steal you blind at the first opportunity. Leaving a door open or off is not an option, for me at least. Apparently they have no problem leaving property and people in jeopardy. DO NOT USE.
