Fannin Water Association

Been on a boiled water notice for a week. The only communication they have given us about the problem is a single sign they placed on the side of the road. No call. No note. No email. Nothing!

They do turn off your water for less than $20.00! Even though they have never sent a bill ever! They have turned off my water twice. Today I got irrate. I will be there tomorrow and they will not be glad to see me. No one can tell me where my bill is going. I called every ten minutes until they came to turn it back on. They lady ignored my phone calls.

You put up a huge deposit for water and they'll turn it off and lock the meter if you FORGET to pay $ 20.00. They never let you know when they are working on a line, if your heating element burns out BECAUSE your water heater is not getting water to it THEY are not going to replace it. JUST SAYING!!! A little better customer service would be much appreciated. Doesn't deserve a rating!!!

On Saturday morning I wake up to prepare for work and find that there is no water coming into the house. Yes, the bill was paid in full well in advance. I call the ONLY number listed for Fannin Water Association and I am directed to a voice mail box that is too full to leave a message. If the water is out in a particular area, an advisory message when calling in would be helpful. Being able to leave a message would also be nice. Being able to speak with a real person would be preferable. To leave a family without the water service they paid for, completely uninformed about why there is no water service is simply not good business.
