PM, Josh has been very involved to make sure everything went smooth with great communication.
Tim the installer was absolutely AMAZING. So precise, professional and a joy to have in the house.
Barry, the head honcho, is behind the scenes for the most part making sure all moving parts are falling into place but came by our project and provided some good feedback.
All associates have been wonderful and have never made me feel like and inconvenience. All the welbourne product is super high in quality and beautiful!

They were used by the developer to install: laminate floors,which was warping even before I moved in , and Max told me is normal. Tiled areas that they use a membrane along with the cement to install which leaves me with cracked tiles even before I moved in, and they were satisfied to replace with a different batch of tiles that left me living in a house that have checkered tiles, and they refused to correct. Carpeted area that shows where the carpet was joined right down the middle of the house. All this was done under one of their many subsidiary Companies that was managed by Pat.

It was a pleasure to deal with these people. Found no one better in Tampa with better prices. The South Tampa store has products that we loved. We dealt with Joseph Baker who went above and beyond the call of service to make our job goes smoothly. I don't really know what happened with the other reviews. I would recommend them anyone!
