I purchased a gift certificate for my wife. 16 months after her trying at least 5 times to make an appointment, we gave it to my mother. My Mom tried several times to make an appointment and get her hair done, but again the owner did not return calls, answer the phone, or make it possible for her to make an appointment. So, after purchasing this in 2013, I still have it sitting here, unused.

So, I gave 1 star because zero stars wasn't available. I was scammed when I was sold a gift certificate, this lady is unavailable.

I don't even think this place is open anymore. You should try one of the other excellent hair shops in the area instead.
