        Worst customer service ever

        Ordered chair November 18 it's now January 3 and still no chair. Store said it was shipped on December 20. I am a truck driver and it doesn't take 2 weeks to go from Tennessee to Florida even with multiple stops. Will never return to any of their stores. Wish I could give ZERO stars
