        Job well done again

        We live on siesta key, fl. And have just completed our third project with Grayhawk . About 7 yrs ago we used Grayhawk to replace our windows with new insulated impact windows. The job was completed without a hitch and we still love our windows today! We called them back 2 yrs ago to install our 4 patio doors with the updated impact versions as well. This job was a little more difficult as we have an older home and whoever enclosed the original lanai did a poor job. The installers at Grayhawk were real craftsmen though and they took an existing bad situation and transformed that room into our favorite space in the house ! This year we had them back to completely remodel our kitchen and floors thru out. You would not even think it was the same house. At one time we were thinking of moving, but with the improvements Grayhawk did, we are so happy we stayed! Thanks again Todd and Troy for all your help and supervision before, during and after our projects ! We will continue to tell our friends and neighbors about you guys. Tell all the guys we said hello and once again... A job well done !

        Terrible, terrible experience. What was originally quoted by Todd as being a 1-day installation turned into a 6-month nightmare. This was a new-home construction, and every single window needed to be replaced (some of them replaced TWICE) due to problems. Grayhawk employees also defaced our construction site with spray paint graffiti as well as satanic images that were etched into the insulation material covering the cinder blocks. I'm not the type to leave negative reviews on the internet, but this was an absolutely horrible experience.
