The poles holding up our roof trusses over the lanai had rotted through, and we found out when my wife leaned on one and it fell out from under her. Excell replaced all the poles with quality materials, and then clad the poles and painted to exactly match the rest of our framework. It looks great and everything was done on time, exactly the way we discussed. Would happily use them again.

From the initial bidding process through the final completion of the project, we were extremely pleased with Excell Contracting’s performance. Mr. Olsen and his crew removed the old wood planks, reconstructed some of the stringers and finished up by laying the deck with composite lumber. They finished on time and cleaned up the site completely. The cost was reasonable and within the limits of the initial bid.
