first time there to day with a yorky with a leg popped out of joint. Read some concerning reviews about this place, mostly desk staff. Our finding were a very professional run team front desk and Dr's at the back. One thing that we really liked was an invitation to come and be with your pet. To a lot of owners that is a real plus. Animals like people they dont all make it most are sick that's why they are there. The vets do their best and we got to except it, they feel real bad over the out come some times and have to live with this, they dont need the people to make things worse for them.

I have been taking my dog there for years. I would go nowhere else. They have professionalism and can tell they care about every animal that comes in there. Dr. Teed is great

We took my husband and I to our pet to this clinic with many hopes for cure, entering three assistants had around the hall,we were waiting about 15 minutes for them to realize that we were there and at least ask that we could help, we explained that he was sick about three days ago, the assistant took the cage and said he would take him for examination and then they would call us, we had to pay $ 100 deposit to leave our pet, warmly pay for the thought that'd be safe, that same day they called us mistaking to our pet male as female and I told them before that he was male not a female, and then they followed and said me that he had a negative infection but did not know and that which still had to be at the clinic that night to medicate, the next day they called me to tell me the same thing and still did not know what kind of infection had negative and advised him to stay longer with them, about 3 hours later they called me to tell me that our pet had died, I went to the clinic with my pain and there were three assistants as usual, said the total cost for all the attention was a total of 100 dollars with something but they was going to leave just $ 100, was the first time I went to the clinic and the last too.
