        Overall

        HORRIBLE installation!!! Sales went well. Vivian was great to work with. We were given a very good price and agreed to the granite countertop. That's where the good experience ended...Their deposit was high (75%!!) but it was to be a quick turnaround so I agreed. Then I found out they took 100% in 2 transactions THE SAME DAY! When the installation was totally horrible and not the installation solution they suggested at templating, not only did I have NO recourse (they already had all of my $$) but the response from the owner was far from caring. They ultimately offered a sort-of solution, but when they installed the backsplash that was supposed to be slightly recessed into the wall, the installer neglected to DO that, and it STILL looked just as horrible. Their solution?....fill the gaps with SHEETROCK MUD!!!! Really? Horrible! Haven't even heard from them since...
