We are proud to be independent dealers for Trane , Lennox & Bryant systems, however we do service many other types of equipment. Our normal hours of operation are: * Monday through Friday - 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. We also provide 24 hour Emergency Service. Very UNSATISFIED with the service! Less than a year ago Trevelyan Dedier replaced my HVAC board under a 1 year warranty for parts, less than a year later the board is not working again which means either he replaced it with the old unit or used since he is refusing to give me an original invoice so I can replace it. BUT he gave me an option to pay $400 for his time so he can go and replace it only. Isn't it called BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUD!
Trevelyan is very professional and knowledgeable service technician. Highly recommended.
The guy that runs this business, Trevelyan Dedier, is very rude and unprofessional. He talks over you and never lets you get a word in about your issue. He only works on his hours and is not willing to accomodate your schedule. He has set up appiontments and has not followed thru to keep them. I would NEVER recommend this company.
I spoke with T&T on three occasion to schedule an appointment. Made two appointments with him. But never showed.
My unit went out on Sunday. TNT was there on Monday and my air was up and running in about 15 min. I stayed home praying and believing Mr. T would come to my rescue and he did. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and on time. Thanx TNT, I would definitely use your serivices again and recommend you to others.
I recommend this company to everyone that can appreciate quality service. They showed up on time, figured out what my problem in less than 30 minutes and fixed my air within an hour. I thank T&T for not charging me an arm and a leg. If I ever have anymore problems with any of my units, they will be my first call. Great company... Very professional
