        Do not live here or in bountiful in general. These apartments were recently taken over by new management who also own about 5 other complexes in Bountiful. They have raised prices substantially for living. We recently moved out and were charged over $50 for extending our move out day by 1 day. 1 day! $50! They also charged us double the normal utilities and $45 for carpet cleaning that we did before even leaving. Do Not Move Here or under this management in general.

        Not worth the money management sucks and rude do not live here can't say that they will be better for you but I wouldn't chances it and spiders everywhere
