Top Tints

This is the only place I trust with my car. I've taken my car to other places before and they've done terrible jobs, the tint was horrible and I wasn't pleased. With Josh, you know what you're getting; quality. He makes sure you're happy and takes the time to show you everything he's done because he takes pride in it. I took my jeep over there and they put leather seats in it; I've never been happier. I've had over 5 cars tinted there and a stereo installed. I'm taking two more cars to have leather installed and tinted. They'll always have my business. Great owner, honest and cares.

this is the place to go to get the job done, they go the extra mile and work really fast doing it. its a very professional setting and they know what their doing. they're all really nice guys and they keep themselves very busy because they have so many people in the area coming to them for whatever it is they need done. i definetly reccommend them to anyone.

INITIAL REVIEW: (SEE UPDATE BELOW)I had Josh and his crew FROM DC CUSTOMZ (Formally named, "Top Tints" in Bountiful Utah - same guys, different name and location now) deck out my H2 with a new stereo, backup camera, video monitor and the works! They recommended different options and guided me in making up the best combo system for my Hummer. They even gave me a deal on installation.They stayed until after 9pm to get it all done and had to listen to me.........looking over their shoulders the last half hour! Ha! There were a few minor items that needed extra attention, they made every effort to help and did a great job !!If you love your vehicle like I do, then these are the guys to do the work! STOP SEE UPDATE BELOW.........DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!!



UPDATE January 2, 2013:

The "minor items" they needed to fix........turned out to be nothing MINOR. After the initial installation, I had my Hummer in their shop over 6 days total, including 3 overnight stays! TO FIX WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST 3 HOUR INSTALLATION!

Once I started pointing out all of the items (PROBLEMS) that were now showing up after they worked on my Hummer....the nightmare began!.....(These items NEVER showed up prior to going there....they claimed, 'Oh it was like that when you brought it in"....NO IT WASN'T)

For example, burned out dash lights (they fixed MOST of those after I PUSHED on the issue - found some more this past week, in back, broken speedo glass cover, gauge needles broken, cover snaps on acc outlets (another, "that was that way when you brought it in) crappy install details and now the back up camera quit working.......little over a month!.........

I have had to buy the extra parts from the dealer to fix and have the whole system checked/redone by real professionals, costing me hundreds of EXTRA dollars----not to mention the time, hassle and frustration!

I wouldn't really be making so much of a fuss, except every time I went back in to ask a question or express a concern .... it is like they treat me like I am the bad guy! Too BAD! for them, their business is doomed to fail!..........I would not endorse them.....because of my horrible HORRIBLE experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS.

I only hope if you choose to use them, take LOTS of BEFORE PHOTOS of your car, day and night shots of dash, lights, interior...everything! digital images are cheap compared to the cost, time, pain, mistreatment you are most likely to get! If you love your car........it will NEVER BE THE SAME if you go here!........STAY AWAY, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

This service is great. These guys work hard to give you the best quality out there! They won't give you unfinished product. If there is a unfixable crease in the tint, they will start over to keep it perfect! Everyone in there is always busy! Not even Josh (the owner) has time to sit and wait for the phone to ring! Great service!
