This company was supposed to take less than 14 days to complete a custom shower door. It took them over 20 days, and it has a scratch on it upon arrival. No estimate for when the replacement will be received.

Alan Bernstien,your review is completely out of line. You took this to the BBB and they refused to accept your complaint as valid because we were well within our industry standard. I think you need to go back to the contractor who built your bathroom and ask him why everything is so out of square!

We could not be more dissatisfied! We engaged Toledo Glass to supply and install a new glass steam shower door with two side panels and associated hardware. They did so in the latter part of 2015. Unfortunately, the installation is extremely poor and the owner, Todd, has flat out refused to fix the problem. Worse, we paid $2,279.11 for the poor job and aggravation that we got.

The problem is that there is a ¼” gap between the door and the side panel that abuts to where the door opens and closes. The gap is caused by a 3/8” bow in the glass door and a 1/8” bow in the adjacent side panel. This is an especially troubling situation because it is a steam shower which means the steam escapes through the ¼” gap!

When I spoke to Todd about the problem he Insisted that the installation they did is excellent and that they would be proud to do the same level of work for all of their customers and that there is nothing to fix

Needless to say, we will never use Toledo Glass again.
