        My husband had Taylor Made Roofing do a tear off and intall of new roofing materials on his roof along with his ajoining neighbor who is the owners relatives. I called the owner starting last spring as there was a leak in a childs room interior wall. After 4 months of calling and a negative post on yellow pages he called me back and came out to look at the issue. He found every reason he could for it not to be the roof. He told me it was a gutter issue and put a small pc of sheet metal between the roof and the gutter. We got through the winter and thought it might have been fixed. Again this spring it started leaking and I called the office asking for a call back. Not quite a week later not only did I have a leak showing on my ceiling now i had water running down the walls. I never heard back and had to pay another contractor to repair the leak. The contractor immediately found and knew it was an issue with the roof. I contacted the owner and forwarded a copy of the bill to the owner in hopes he would be willing to reimburse part of the expense of having another contractor fix what should have been a warranty issue with Taylor Roofing. I got one email that said to call him on his cell and both times it went to his office staff. I emailed a follow up that I treid to contact him several times as well. I have once again yet to hear back from him. Terrible with warranty and follow up.

        Hi,my name is Dean and i hired Taylor-made roofing to install a new shingle roof and some gutters and siding. They done a wonderful job on our home. I have been amazed with the quality of work and how well they took care of our home while under construction. They are as professional and reasonable as they come.
