        Deb Rose did an amazing job doing full light brown color & highlights on my hair! I didn't know what to expect because my hair was dark brown but she managed to do it how i wanted plus a trim I'm so happy with It! I had so many compliments til this day! Love the environment! I definitely recommend Undone with Deb Rose - Ciclinde M.

        I am going to try and give the...

        I am going to try and give the cliff notes version of the events that transpired. First off the person who did my hair was a novice. The owner had to confirm the color choice(I should have ran at that point) I wanted and assist the person in mixing the colors. The whole experience took 3 hours which has never happened before for just a cut and highlights (so long that all the other employees left). He got hair dye all over my face took about 20 minutes to wash my hair about another 20 to brush my hair. (I have thin straight hair btw) he was trying to hide his mistakes. When all was said and done I had hair dye all over my face, and highlights only on the one side. I spoke to the owner who did not seem to care because Aaron 'has never had any complaints before'. I sent her pictures which I wish I could post some here to show you. And she did not seem to care, I asked for a refund and was told no. Beware when you go to a "junior stylist" you will get junior treatment. :(
