To be sure the service is incredibly cheap averaging out to be $14 a month, but they charge by quarter and interrupt service a week prior to the end of the paid quarter if you don't pay for the next quarter on time. There's never an operator to answer the phone, and phone calls are never returned. Communication from this "company" is shoddy at best as no correspondance is ever sent prior to service billing regarding service such as when payments are due, how schedules change during holidays, and missed pickup days or changed pickup days. I strongly recommend AGAINST this "company".
