Hill Country Fireplaces

"Servicing the Builder and Homeowner beyond the installation..." is what they state on their website. However, don't try to get them out after the installation. We have left multiple messages, text and phone with no response. Service is much quicker when you are purchasing a top of the line fireplace but I guess now that the money for that is spent, no longer a need to service it.
Super disappointed.

Called in April to ask about a wood stove install. Robert was up front and said he was booked up into Winter and he didn't want to lead me on. He provided the name of another Dealer. A different business may have just kept me going along.

My wife and I went to Lowes and Home Depot looking for assistance with our fireplace gas log installation. Home Depot and Lowes sell the stuff, but they do not help or even suggest a contractor that could. After a long search of plumbers (Plumber do gas lines. Who knew, I sure didn’t) and botched up a attempt by one of them. I was blessed to find these guys. They repaired the damage by the plumber and installed my logs!!! What a great job. I highly recommend them.

This gentleman was so incredibly helpful. He wasn't able to provide my service (replacing valve on gas fireplace) but offered to be available if I needed to ask his opinion about fees plumbing companies are quoting me.
