        Overall

        Extremely unprofessional. No formal written estimate, just a bunch of texts. No receipts. Demanded final payment be sent via Western Union without opportunity to inspect work. Some work discussed was not done at all. What was done was shoddy workmanship. Have hired someone else to fix what they did and do what I paid for that they did not do. Not happy at all.

        My experience with Rachel's Repairs was wonderful. They are very quick & very professional. They remodeled most of our home & we love it! We would call them again for our next repair! Thanks Guy's!!
