        The story of Hydro-Guard began in 1976. General contractor David Clark built homes, churches, schools and professional buildings. In 1989 David developed an interest in foundations and foundation repair. Along with soil scientists and engineers, he extensively studied the expansion and contraction of support soil. Today, David Clark owns and operates Hydro-Guard Incorporated Foundation Repair. Hydro-Guard is the only company of its kind in Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri, offering home owners and businesses solutions to their foundation problems.
