We bought a $4000 king size motion bed. After using it for a few weeks the top layer of the mattress separated from the rest of the mattress.
We had them come out to "inspect" and they said "we misused the mattress" by getting out of the bed without making it flat first. I am ill. I use put up the back to help me get out of bed.
I had a motion bed from Bassett for 10 years and gave it to a relative because I got married and it was too small.
I feel that Luckies is selling people the wrong mattress for a motion bed and the public suffers.
They said they would replace the mattress for $199 delivery. This is the wrong mattress for a motion bed. Why would I want another just like it?
OMG, why didn't I just go to Bassett?

Well Christina did you know it actually takes a month or longer for you body to adjust to a new mattress, so to say you slept on it just one night and you didn't like it, is very foolish. I highly recommend Luckies Furniture EVERYONE. Family owned and operated, great people, and a very knowledgeable staff who know more than the people at rooms to go. Order takers who don't care about you or your situation, you would have been just a purchase to them, they wouldn't have given you the time of day with a complaint, so stop complaining and enjoy your purchase.



And whatever123, no one can make you do anything, it was obviously your choice to make a purchase. I highly doubt that the people at Luckies made you do anything you didn't want to do. Don't blame others for your mistake if you couldn't afford furniture why on Earth would you go out shopping for furniture. Budgeting advice 101 don't shop if you don't have the means nor funds you cant bare to spare.

The worst customer service ever at Luckies furniture in Biloxi. I was told I could try a mattress for thirty days and if I didn't it I could return i. Put my order in on November 24 for a mattress box spring and beautiful metal frame. A week past nothing Friday I called to see when my bed was coming in, she said Monday. I said ok at 5 pm Monday I called back she said they would deliver Tuesday, but the metal frame was not in. I was so mad after waiting two weeks for my bed. So they said they could give me a loner for my mattress. I step in it last night and it was very uncomfortable. Now there saying they don't take anything back but the would switch it out. First of all that was the only one that I liked now I guess I'm stuck with it. But not before they hear my big mouth.

Trying to "show the love" but got none for this store, I'm too much of a lady to type here what I truly want to. The sale was pushed on me and I could not afford the item, I was not prepared for how quickly they forgot all the verbal agreements. My only idea for how they could improve is to close the store or fire all the salesman and start over.
