Ed's Appliance

Purchased appliances with guarantee and warrantee. Since items delivered have been calling the business weekly about fixing appliances. We have since bought working appliances and have asked them numerous times to come pick up their non working items and refund our money. The first few times it was 'yes we cannot come out till..', 'we will make it right', 'no one is here at the moment'. Has been months and they always say will call you back or we'll be there this weekend . now they are either just not answering or hanging up when they realize who it is. They are thieves and con artist and should not be allowed to remain in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

i have bought 3 washers all quit working about a year would not recomend and they are hard to get ahold after i bougt my last washer the guy never called me back i had a problem with the washer and before that i paid for a washer and they delivered the wrong one that was cheaper never retuned my calls i should of never went back after that bad bussiness

They never answer their phone.

very hard to get ahold of. sometimes its days or even a week and a half later when they come to fix it, be it they are that far out or they "forget" your appt.
