I use to work for the office over in Hoover. If you were 5 minutes late getting to the shop in the morning they would write you up. If you had a family emergency and had to take off you would get a write up. Worst company I have ever worked for.

Did not know how to give you safe equipment to operate while cutting grass. The zero turn mower they gave me I had to keep a wheel chock to put under the tire to keep it from moving in the back of the truck while driving to my houses to cut. When I told them about it all I got was oh well. Never will I tell anyone that I know that needs a job to work there!!!!!! Stay as far from this place as you can

Cut our water pipe 6 different times! It is obvious that they have no idea what they are doing. The sod they put down is squishy and your feet feel like they are sinking. They spent many hours on our new sprinkler system and could not get the directions right for weeks. Spend your money elsewhere. This company is ran by a venture capitalist firm (McKinney Capital), and they obviously can't manage their companies.

Terrible customer service. I called to have them come out and look at my landscaping and was told an account manager would call me back. More than a week later I hadn't heard from anyone and called back, explaining my situation, and was told the same thing. A week and half went by and no one ever called. Maybe business is so great for them they can afford to ignore new business opportunities.
