SCAM ARTISTS! FRAUD! DO NOT USE!

When I attempted to cancel my account after adhering to their check out policy. Upon entering the site to move-out my belongings, the entrance gate was wide open so security is a bit lax and if you value your belongings, I certainly would hesitate selecting this site. Ignoring the security issue, after moving out my belongings, I attempted to check-in at the front desk during the listed hours of operation (9:45 am: listed hours on the website, door of office and invoice state 9:30 am) yet no attendant was at the office and the office door was locked. I was now unable to inquire as to the next step as the attendant was not there at the scheduled time. I had now scheduled the move-out, moved my belongings out and assumed that our relationship was over. I was MISTAKEN. I received an invoice charging me for the subsequent month (also LATE CHARGES) though I had already canceled the service and moved my belongings out of their storage unit.
