Terminix

It seems most of us make time to complain about all the poor or nonexistent customer service we encounter seemingly on a daily basis. In fact, we SHOULD complain when we pay our hard earned money only to receive substandard service from an establishment that appears ungrateful for your business.



I also believe it's just as important to Rave about those companies that exceed our expectations with exceptional customer service. Terminex is one of those companies. We called around for pricing and while we could have gone with a lower priced competitor of Terminex, they were the only company to call me back in a timely manner. I spoke with the owner, Dustin, who took his time on the phone answering my many questions knowledgeably (some of which I'm sure were ridiculous) never making me feel like he was in a hurry to hang up; which was the polar opposite of how their competitors made me feel when they finally got back to me.



We scheduled an appointment with Terminex. They showed up promptly and Denny, the service man, represented Terminex so well it was obvious he was not only well educated on their products but was happy with his employer.



Now the best part. One of my dogs had a sort of seizure two days later and in a panic I called Terminex quite late on a Friday afternoon. The office explained the owner was headed out of town but that she would try to reach him. Hearing that I was beyond surprised when Dustin, the owner, called a few minutes later! He had pulled over on the side of the road to call me. Again, he never made me feel rushed and showed genuine concern. We later found my dogs episode had nothing to do with the Terminex treatment. I received another surprise follow up call from the Dustin the next Tuesday to check on my dog!



I'm so impressed with Terminex and their outstanding customer service that I'm more than happy to pay a little more than their competitor's lower rate because you can't put a price on service like that, which is sadly so rare these days. Thanks to everyone at Terminex!
