        I made an appointment online for a simple seasonal tire switch out. 45 minutes after my appointment time, they still hadn’t started. After I was told I was next in line, I sat and watched as all 6 bays emptied and filled back up and STILL my car was not attended. When I questioned the man behind the desk he made excuses about appointments taking 2 hours, non-appointments taking all day. I get that times are tough right now and everyone is doing the best they can. But why offer appointments at all if you aren’t going to honor them? Just say first-come, first served and lower people’s expectations. Then try not to lose your cool when a customer expresses frustration at your lack of ability to follow through.
