Deluxe Heating & Cooling

I recently spoke with Doug the owner of the business. I was attempting to obtain some information on repairing a dryer and when they could take a look at it I attempted to explain what was going on with the dryer. Doug was very rude. He didn't want to talk to me . He stated that I would have to spend money to find anything out. I don't know much about dryers but the customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced and this was just a phone call. I can't even imagine how awful they would be in my home. I am not a person that writes reviews but I don't want another person to expierence what I have with the owner of this company. I gave one star because no stars wasn't an option.
