        40 years experience in the construction field from residential to commercial. Rick works really hard to bring best possible service available. RD Home Inspection will make a visual survey of the interior and exterior structure as well as testing and/or operating systems and appliances to verify proper operation or installation. Doors and windows are opened and closed, roofing materials inspected ,air-conditioning and heating systems operated. RD Home Inspection offers new construction inspections at the completion of construction, a day or two prior to your final walk through with the builder. We'll verify that utilities (gas, water, and electric) have been turned on and make a visual survey of the exterior and interior, and ensure that all appliances and systems are functioning properly. At the conclusion of the inspection a completed report will be provided.
