The flowers looked old, were not arranged well, and had about 5 pieces of greenery. There was no baby's breath. My 4 year old could have made a prettier arrangement! They also charged an arm and a leg. And they charged him twice! It is NOT free delivery. They will charge you again.

I used this florist for my wedding in April of 2013 and had a terrible experience. I contacted the florist, Sandy, via email about my concerns and her response began with "look..." This is not only unprofessional but rude. On the day of the wedding she advised me she would be at the venue at 10 am, yet she didn’t show until 3 pm. As a bride, I was obviously nervous. She then took it upon herself to decorate the arbor as she wished since she says she didn’t have enough flowers. I was at the venue getting ready so she could have at least contacted me. When this was explained to her, she said "You signed a contract and after that we cannot do anything else."

I've uploaded a picture for reference to accompany my review, and I couldn't have been more disappointed, or embarrassed for my daughter to receive this bouquet at her job. I called the florist after seeing my daughter's picture posted on Facebook, to inform them that I wasn't happy, and all they offered to do was go pick them up. Not my idea of good customer service, or good service at all for that matter.

My husband ordered me a dozen roses, which is NOT inexpensive, they came to me in very sparse greenery, the roses looked beat up, and the vase was also ugly. They were supposed to be Im sorry flowers... they only made me more upset.

The flowers I ordered for my Mom were absolutely gorgeous! The person who took my order was very helpful and courteous. Would recommend to all my friends
