Bay Bright Car Wash

Was unable to get a simple wash on my jeep because it was muddy.. Gave me a basic wash last week for 9 dollars and it looked the same today they refused to serve me.. Lost my business

September14,2015 Purchase a wash and paid extra for a mud wash. My truck was pre scrub. Truck wasn't dried so upon returning home and drying my truck I noticed a cap from my rear windshield was off .I call office and was given supervisor Rolondo he really didn't care at all and act as if he couldn't understand or speak English. I return to carwash spoke to several staff they continue to say no items was found, when they actually never began to look for it.Lesson Learned never will I go back there again.

Terrible service! Told the associates what I needed.. They gave me a time of 35min. After an hour and a half, I asked about my car. They said a few more mins. it's now been 2hrs and I'm still here waiting.. The last time I was here they did an awful job.. I gave them a second chance.. I'll never use this car wash service again.. Not even one star!

Drove out of my way today to go to the neat little car wash I had past a week before only for disappointment, I had a little mud in my finder walls and a few bugs on the front and I asked if the car wash would get it all off, they said no they would have to have someone get it for 10 more dollars, not a problem to pay $10 more and not have to wash it myself,,, well for $19 I expected for the job to get done! Not the case I had to come home and get the mud they missed out myself and rise my car again since all the soap did not get rinsed off and I still had dirt running out from behind my lights and around my back glass, so that was my first and last trip there.. the only reason I gave 1 star was for the free vaccum I used

Thursday I took my boss Kevin's SUV to be washed/cleaned/vacuumed/waxed. I spent a little over $50.00. After two hours of waiting I finally got the car and took it back. When we got back to work there was crumbs all in the backseat and the seats didn't look cleaned or waxed as I paid for. Very poor service. My boss is very disappointed and said we won't be back after spending that money and nothing being done as promised.

About a year ago I took my Chevy Malibu to bay bright car wash to get it detail, they did a great job but the only thing that I didn’t like is that I had to leave my car there for a whole day. Today I took my 2012 Chevy Tahoe to get the same service done and it was amazing how fast they finish it, not only that they left my truck really clean.

I went to my sister in laws house for thanksgiving and as I was driving I notice that my headlights were really dirty. I came back to my home town and I decide it to replace them because you could not clean them, I got a postcard in the mail from Bay Bright car wash and it said that they do headlight restoration so I decide it to try them out, I went up there and ask for the headlight restoration the price was really cheap and when they finish doing them they looked brand new. They really saved me a lot of money.

I went to Bay Bright Car Wash off of Dowlen Road.. Bad business!!! I had them wash my car and one guy broke my electric seat on driver side. When I told him what he had done, then he pointed finger at me and started speaking in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. I spoke with the manager and she said, "He said you did it!" I was so mad. They then promised to repair a $200.00 fix, but I haven't heard from them. Checking back with them today. Will update. I had a bad experience and no one for the most part spoke good English.

On Thursday December 16th I went to get my car wash, I just wanted a basic wash that didn’t take long and that was cheap. The young lady that attended me told me about a membership and she explain to me that for only $34.99 I could wash my car for 30 days unlimited washes and that it included vacuum and wipe down. I was not too sure of but I end it up buying it and thank god I did because it rained a lot the next day so my car got really dirty again, the guys that did my car clean it really good. Not just only they do a good job but they have very friendly staff.

I came to visit for my vacations, my suburban was really dirty. I went to Bay Bright Car Wash and I really like the service, Specials and customer service. The place was really clean , they did an shampoo carpet and wax my truck, they put leather clean and conditioner on my seat.

I have a BMW and I took it to Bay Bright Car Wash to get it wash and wax, when I got there the person that attended me told me that my headlights were in a really bad shape and that they do headlight restoration, I told her that I didn’t want to do them at the time and that they don’t look good after they finish with them, she insisted and she told me that if I bought them brand new they was going to be really expensive and that they did a really good job, after she kept insisting I finally told her to go ahead and get them done, when they finish doing my car I was so surprise my headlights really look brand new, it’s been one month since I did them and they look great .

I went to the grocery store and ran inside to get a few things that I need it to cook dinner, when I came back I accidently hit my car with the grocery card. I put some scratches on my 2011 Toyota tundra, I didn’t want my husband to see it, I went to Bay Bright Car wash and talk to the manager and explain to her the whole situation and she told me that she could buff and wax my truck, I told her to go ahead and do it. I was really surprise with what they had done to my truck my paint looked really shiny and brand new, they did a great Job.

This is the first time that I go and get my car wash, the services there are great as soon as you drive in the sales person talks to you about all the services they provide. I got a wax job promotion that included the wax, wash, wheels clean and armor all tires all for only $30.00 dollars, they left my car looking brand new. For now on Bay Bright Cr Wash is my favorite car wash, I will recommend it to all my friends.

I went to Bay Bright Car wash in Beaumont Texas to get my car wash only from the outside (express wash). The sales person notice that I had a chip on my windshield “I didn’t even notice that I had that” they fix it at no cost to me. Who fix your windshield for free now days……

Yesterday evening, Dec. 05, 2008, I took my vehicle to your business to have it washed. I purchased the VIP wash. My suburban started throung the car-wash. About a third of the way the truck jerked. My wife asked me what was that. I told her I did not know. It has never done that before. About 5 seconds later the suburban started going toward the right and then a loud noise and it dropped down. It had been pulled off of the track and stopped moving. The car benind me was still moving and comint toward me. I started blowing my horn and the system was shut down. Several employees came to look at what had happened. After about 30 minutes they asked my wife and me to get out of the vehicle. I got out on the driver side, and my wife had to crawl over to the driver's side. She could not open her door. It was almost against a pipe of some kind. A few minutes later they got it back on the track and finished the trip through the wash. We were there one hour and thirty minutes for what should have been about a thirty minute carwash.



We were never asked if we were alright, never received an apology for what happened. I did not expect anyone to bow down or kiss my ---, but I do think I should have received an apology for what happened. I did not, at any time, have my hands on the steering wheel, or foot on the brakes. This was not the first time I have used your carwash so I knew the rules. But this will be the last time I use it. I will wait for a reply before I start telling my family and friends what happened.
