        The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a stem for my bathroom faucet and all I had was a picture. I showed a gentleman my picture and he knew exactly what piece I needed. Best of all he didn't treat me like a dumb woman. Lol I would recommend anyone to use this business if you enjoy friendly service and knowledgeable staff. I'm a satisfied customer. Sherron
