With degrees in both Architecture and Business Administration, Bill demonstrates that intelligent and prudent management can consistently coexist with a passion for innovative and creative architecture. Under Bill's leadership, the firm has grown persistently through its first thirty-one years. Today, it enjoys a reputation for the highest quality projects for diverse clients in numerous states throughout the contiguous U.S. He is recognized internationally as an expert in retail development, recreational facilities and theme park design to which he continues to devote significant research and creative exploration. This work has provided him with deep experience with numerous civic municipalities as well as private developers leading to additional experience in a broad array of public, commercial and retail projects. Bill serves as principal programmer, master planner and designer on many of Yarger's most challenging projects as well as serving as principal-in-charge on projects requiring the advantage of his broad professional perspective and unique energy. Yarger Design Group, Inc is a planning and design firm specializing in institutional facilities including: community recreation centers, student recreation centers, & municipal facilities. Today, Yarger and key personnel have completed over 3, 000, 000 square feet of recreation facilities. The firm provides planning, programming, project management, design, interior design, construction documents and construction administration.
