NY Boiler & Air Conditioning Repair

No. Just no! They came to diagnose my furnace problem. First visit they were 1.5 late with no call to let me know. The technician schedule a day to come back to fix it and NEVER showed up. I wasted an entire Saturday waiting for him to come back. The $150 I paid for a diagnosis was supposed to go toward the repair. It is now five days later and they never even called back. I had to hire someone else and it turns out the diagnosis was even wrong! I spent $150 and in return I got an incorrect diagnosis and I got to waste an entire Saturday waiting on a technician that never showed and a company that could not be bothered to call to tell me. Many companies out there. Do business with anyone but them.

Horrible experience. Owner lied to me and told me he was installing a Carrier AC Unit. He installed a less expensive brand (ComfortMaker) but of course charged me for the better brand. Everything these people said from day one was bs. The workers were late 2 days in a row and spent an extra 8 hours doing the work than they said it would take them. I am so upset with this experience that I had to write my first review ever. Once I realized they had given me a less expensive unit I tried calling and I got the run around and was told that I was never told I was getting a Carrier AC unit. 100% untrue. I wish people would do what they say they are going to do instead of trying to take advantage of people. Did the few $100 dollars you scammed from me change your life??? I am taking this to the BBB and everywhere else I can. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Unless you want to get ripped off...This site should allow you to give zero stars!!

I have NY Boiler & Air Conditioning Repair Corp Service Contract for my boiler and air conditioning systems. This week I had a bit of an issue with my boiler and I called them up at 11:00 pm on a Friday night and Luis was there with in an hour and fixed my issue.



It's a wonderful service. Jessica calls me each year to schedule my preventative maintenance and a polite and knowledgable tech comes out to my home. They go over the system thouroughly, he's usually there for almost an hour and a half for each system. I can't say enough of good things about these guys. All in all NY Boiler & Air Conditioning Repair Corp is a great company offering tremendous value.
