Custom Wheel Outlet

I purchased four wheels from custom wheel outlet. After a little over a year they all four had cracks where the spokes met at the rim. One was so bad that it was leaking air. The wheels had no dents or scratches. No physical damage. I returned all four wheels to CWO for warranty. I spoke to Leah Taflinger. She informed me that the wheels were sent back to the manufacturer and the manufacturer said that the cracks were caused by pothole damage. Even though the wheels rode smooth and perfect and had no scratches or dents , this is what she told me . CWO shipped the wheels back to me. I then contacted the manufacturer of the wheels in question. They agreed to look at the wheels and inspect them. After inspecting them they contacted me to tell me that there was no damage. No pothole damage , no abuse. They sent me four new wheels at no cost. Leah and CWO either lied to me or did not send my wheels to be inspected . I will never purchase anything from them again and could never recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was horrible .
