Room Additions
Additions and renovations to existing building on West 6th Street. Added 3-story exterior staircase, two new exterior bathrooms, and 1,500 sf Ipe wood deck and patio. Also added new interior ADA bathroom, stairs and hallway, converted 2nd & 3rd floor offices into dining areas, plus serving area renovations, while the restaurant remained open. Rear brick patio and fountain were removed and new concrete patio and drainage system was installed.

Our diverse background of general contracting experience provides us with the skills and knowledge to be proactive contributors throughout the building planning process. We assist in uncovering challenges that later, during construction, could potentially be stumbling blocks.
Demolition
Work included converting existing space, new space, and existing OB/GYN offices into new â€œTooth Townâ€ Orthodontic/Pediatric Dental clinic. Demolition, concrete, framing, MEP, med gas, fire sprinkler, security, walls, wood flooring, carpet, VCT tile, painting, doors, cabinets and granite tops, and custom finishes.

Landscaping and Fencing

Landscaping
Renovation of an old auto repair shop into a hip new bar. Included filling in overhead doors, a new metal roof, custom steel-framed windows, a basement, MEP, ADA switchback ramps, stairs, a new parking lot and sidewalks, and addition of landscaping. The old joists and T&G decking were left exposed. Finishes include white marble tops and custom woodwork throughout. Incorporated concrete pad for mobile food vendor and added 3,000 gallon grease trap for future kitchen.
Excavation
New 33,000 sf office building. Included site excavation, site utilities, lift station, basement parking, concrete foundation and walls, elevated concrete decks, structural steel, metal roofing, masonry walls, storefront windows, interior and exterior steel stairs.
Irrigation Systems
Addition of beer garden, bathrooms and bar in the back of the building in existing parking spots. A sprinkler system was added to the entire bar that required water main tie-in under 4th street, new sprinkler closet, and piping throughout the building. Plumbing and electrical for the new bar and restroom area required upgrades of the existing service. A new metal-framed awning and mister system was added to the existing outdoor area.

Residential Roof Repair
New Ground up 15,000 sf restaurant and associated parking lot. Includes, concrete, steel, wood framing, metal/torch/glass roofing, brick/stucco/wood veneers, mosaic tile, terrazzo, granite, pressed ceilings, drwyall, full commercial kitchen and more.

Carpentry
G. Creek maintains the ability to self perform concrete, drywall, carpentry, and other trades. We do use subcontractors, but we like to have the ability to complete or assist our subcontractor's work if necessary to maintain the schedule. We have completed million dollar plus concrete projects, completely in-house. We routinely do maintenance and repair work for Owners on building interior and exteriors. Our equipment fleet and manpower allow us to competitively price different aspects of work and provide great flexibility.
Masonry
New 10,000sf childcare facility. Ground up construction project in Kyle, Texas. Project included earthwork, utilities, metal/shingle/TPO roof, masonry, storefronts, curved atrium window wall, classrooms and kitchen, playscapes, rubber fall surfacing, MEP and more.
