        OVERCHARGED MY MOM AND DIDN"T FIX AC

        They were rude and cared more about collecting the fee than fixing the problem. My mom's AC still ran all night and didn't cool the house. I called another company the next day and they fixed it for about half their price. House was cool in 20 minutes. The owner treated me like a child when I complained. When you get ripped off, who do you call?
