        Tankless water heaters were a mystery to me, until these guys explained everything and I let them install one. They were so efficient and so thorough that I would recommend them to anyone, anytime, anywhere. And I love my tankless!

        Aqua tech’s plumber, Larry, was above & beyond any service person I’ve EVER had at my house, FOR ANYTHING! He was so knowledgable & articulate& pleasant. He talked to me about what he knew in a way I could understand & he was so personable I felt like he was a friend. I haven’t found this caliber of service person unless it’s at Nordstroms! I recommend this company to everyone. Elise in Naperville

        They are GREAT!!! When we had...

        They are GREAT!!! When we had all that rain a few months ago, my sump pump went out and water was coming in fast. I called them and the person they sent out came very quickly and was able to remove the water & replace the pump within a little over an hour. I was a little nervous about pricing because it was at night, but there was no need for that - They do not charge extra at night. The price was fair and I'm really happy. I will def use them again and recommend them to others!

        Don't trust them

        Don't believe their advertising. They did not follow up on their guarantee of work. They made excuses and attempted to get more money for more work that did not need to be done. They made assumptions and were at times very rude with their responses. The owner and manager never even offered to come out and take a look at the work that was done incorrectly.

        We know who wrote this & why. We replaced this customer’s sump pump which was ruined by a power surge during a storm. Since her house elevation is below the river, a great deal of water comes in constantly & overworks her sump pump. She needed her sump line redone as well, which we did. We also gave her a proposal to install an ejector pit & ejector pump because cat urine, hair & feces from exotic cats she raises in her basement, as well as washing machine waste water were being disposed of through her sump pit which is not designed to handle this application – it is for clear ground water only. When her sump pump failed again, we replaced it with another one free-of-charge, but told her we would not offer her our in-house, one-year warranty on this pump until she fixed the situation. (She still has a manufacturer's warranty.) We knew it would keep happening & we can’t give her a new free sump pump each time when the pumps are being abused. This is a reasonable position for our company to take. She asked us to run a line to discharge ALL of the ground water & waste water into her septic, which we refused to do – because that much water will ruin her septic. We will NOT do something like this to a customer – even if they are willing to pay for it. After this discussion, she asked us to come by to look at it. The owner told her he had been there several times and his original ejector pit/pump proposal is what was needed to bring her house up to plumbing code. Three people at AquaTech tried to explain this to her and she was having a very difficult time understanding. She proceeded to curse and name call in anger so he ended the call saying let’s talk again when you aren’t so angry. She never called back and we just now realized that she has written malicious, slanderous reviews.
