Augusta Smiles Youth Dentistry

My son has been going to this dentist for over 2 years now and he gets a cleaning every 6 months with x-rays and he went yesterday for cleaning. so today i took him to an orthodontist today and the orthodontist said on the X-ray he has 7 Impacted teeth that needs to be removed immediately I have stressed to Small Smiles For the Longest about his baby teeth.. They are not coming out properly and that he is complaining of teeth and gum problems so after leaving orthodontist i call small smiles get put on hold for 30 minutes. While on hold i drive over there go in no patient at desk i hangvthe phone up she never came back to the phone to help me i tell her whats wrong then she take the paper make me wait 40 minutes to make appt. Remind u the orthodontist said immediately. . well its only the beginning of October and she says they cant see him until January ����... WTF and then i ask why have they not seen this problem in there xrays???? They told me only the orthodontist can see it...??!!:?:$&€@ huh?? Im not stupid, not a doctor but a blind man can see this problem on the xray.. Omg long story short i left there within 30 minutes my son was having these 7 teeth pulled from his new dentist... Small smiles lost 4 patients behind this. They truly SUCK!!!! -mad mother

The employees here at this place of business are so unprofessional. They are more concerned about what went on the night b4 in their personal lives than tending to their clients. They r quick to reschedule your appointment if u r 2mins late but when you're on time it takes them more than 20mins to even call u to the back. Smh they really need to do better

My children love this places and i would tell anyone to take there kids.
