A & O Tree Service

This company is VERY unprofessional! I would not recommend their service. I called them on a Wednesday, but didn't receive a return call until Friday. I was told someone would come by my home that day after lunch(no exact time) to give me an estimate. No one ever showed nor had the curtesy to call. I wasted an entire afternoon waiting for them! They following Monday I left a voicemail expressing my disappointment and concerns with the missed appointment and no one EVER called back. BAD BUSINESS!! I expressed my eagerness to have a dead tree removed and they only prolonged the process. I'm so thankful I didn't give them my money!!
