        Overall

        Dan Valladao was so helpful the other night. He was so friendly and helped me not freak out. He did something a lot of other people wouldn't have done and for that I'm thankful and appreciate all the time and effort he did for me!! Thank you so much Dan you saved me that night!!!

        A ++++!!

        Dan is the only tow guy I will ever call. He has been towing my cars for three years now and I have never had any problems whats so ever. He is very diplomatic and is very informative when it comes to his customers and their cars. Great service!!

        Atwater Towing SUCKS and is SHADY!!

        If i could put negative stars i would!! He's in it for the money and thats it!! My dads truck was impounded and he said he'd work somethin out with him so he didnt have tp pay as much. He told us he'd give us a call next week, never did!! Next thing I knw I see someone driving my dads vehicle. Shady people!! Do NOT recommend them at all 4 any services!!! The truck held a great deal of sentimental value to our family and now its gone. If we would of known he was trying 2 sell it then we would of just paid full price 2 get it out!!!

        It's unfortunate that your dad's vehicle was impounded for 30 days, that is not determined by us but by the enforcement agency that dealt with the driver. We try to work with the registered owners so they can get their vehicle back, and your dad being the registered owner told us to go ahead and sell the vehicle. We called your residence and left voicemails informing you ahead of time of the date of sale so you would have an opportunity to buy it back before anyone else. Also you received a letter informing you of date of lien sale. I'm not sure what else you were expecting, in the future I recommend not getting your father's car impounded to avoid these kind of issues.

        The driver arrived quick and unlocked my car real fast without prying on the door or window. He was very courteous and friendly. They were a little pricey though (40 bucks), but I would recommend them.
