United States Postal Service

I have had a po box for nine years before that I had one in westend since 90, three times a week I visit so when I go to return a money order purchased there it take three people three days and a 30 minute wait to be told they cant do it. I have to call the postmaster general office to get it resolved. ugh

Had a package deliveres and stored in a mail box that I couldn't get into because it had anotjer key already broken in it! Called for a week straight trying to resolve the problem and when I FINALLY told them to pleaae just take my package back to post office, lady on phone gave ME attitude. She said she was the carrier supervisor because the postal carrier (123 jonesboro) wasn't in. Worda of advice, if you live in the 30315 area, have your packages shipped somewhere else! Period

I have contacted the Postal Service Mail Carrier office & have spoken with Mail Carrier Supervisor (Donna) & some other lady (sound like a middle age white woman) and have advise them at least 4 times that the mail carrier in Cardinal Crossings is leaving mail boxes doors open resulting in mail being left unsecure. I am happy to know that the Postal Service is going slowly out of business because they deserve to if they are going to take advantage of the opportunity of having a job & providing the worse customer service I have ever received from the post office. I am going to continue to seek assistance to this problem... They might be on T.V. before it is over.
