We recently had a tornado and as a result had a lot of roof damage. I heard about Premier Home Solutions through my son and so we called. They responded right away and went the extra mile with us to walk us through insurance claims and all the necessary work. Our insurance company was very difficult to work with and they required two different assessment and he was there for both of them. He was very patient and was there for everything. The roofing crew was excellent. They did a great job and did it in one day and cleaned everything up before they left. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

If you wrote the negative review please remove it you wrote it for the wrong business. We, Premier Home Solutions, are based out of Athens and travel all over but we only do roof replacements and other home repairs. We do NOT work off of amazon and do NOT put together ordered random items or furniture. We did not open this listing with Dex and have no control over it. We have been contacting them for the last 3 months and nothing has been corrected or removed. Thank you for your patience. Premier Home Solutions accepts contract jobs from Amazon. In my case, I purchased a 9 X 15 trampoline from Amazon. Upon check out, you can purchase installation. I elected to purchase the installation, and within in 2 hours I received a text message stating the installation would be done by Premier Home Solutions. Premier Home Solutions gave me the installation date which was 3 days later. On the day of installation, I received a text directly from Premier Home Solutions stating due to the size of the trampoline, my location, and the fact that it is hot outside, they wanted to send 2 technicians and charge me double from the check out price on Amazon. I called Amazon and they were able to find another company (within 25 minutes) to install the trampoline for the original agreed upon price by one technician. The point of my negative review is the size of the trampoline, my location, and the fact that it's summer was known when they accepted the job. There was zero hidden information. Buyer beware, Premier Home Solutions a may accept a job at an agreed upon price with all the information, and later ask for more money. Jill Powell

After realizing I had some hail damage on my roof, I started searching for a good dependable company to do the job. Someone who will come when they say they will, and someone who will do good quality work. And even in Commerce, the name I kept hearing was Dave with Premier Home Solutions. And they were right! He met with me and explained everything. If I had any questions, I would call and he would either answer or call me right back. And when one insurance adjuster came but didn't see all the damage, he got a second opinion from another one. No giving me the "old run around". He and his staff did a Great Job. His guys were here early, knocked and told me they were getting started, then began covering everything up. They cleaned up afterwards, and you couldn't even tell they had ever been here.
