I have the worst experience I ever had in my life to hire this guy. They said they have two years of labor and product warranty. But after they take your money, they totally changed into different guy. I had them to install 8 camera and 2 of them never work. They refused come back to repair or replace after 4 months of installation. I will not recommend to anyone at all.

they installed cctv outside our home. lifetime warranty. which is only good IF they honor it. which they dont. after numerous promises and phone calls, they have yet to fix anything. they never return calls. i am still waiting. probably die before they respond

Stay clear of these clowns . Equipment is junk . They do not back up there equipment and installation . My system worked for a few months and is now useless junk .

I called this company, after dealing with 2 other companies who were unable to complete my installation. They quickly determined what my issues were and had me fully operational in 1 day!

I went into the Arlington TX location off of I-20 and had a very bad experience. I took my apple product to be repaired and they messed it up. I thought they were a licensed apple repair dealer and they are not. If you take any apple product to be repaired by them your warranty is void because they are a” third party vender”. My apple product was only a couple of months old and when it was returned to me it was damaged. They refused to repair it properly or replace my item. I am very disappointed with the service I received. They are crook’s... I will never go back to any of their locations. They are a bunch of !!!!

This Company offers all Name Brand cctv solutions, for those that want to pay less there are options to buy less expensive equipment.

Don't buy their cheap crap. 300% mark up for garbage. Just go online. Read Reviews. BUY THE EQUIPMENT FROM AN ONLINE STORE YOURSELF. Then call these monkeys out to do the install & make sure they warranty it IN WRITING.

This company is run by a bunch of unmotivated morons.I have never dealt with a more inept company in my 20 years in commercial audio/video applications. Do yourself and everyone else a favor by not doing any business with this company and hopefully they disappear shortly.

I wish there was a negative rating. Please do not do business with them. Fraudsters and cheaters.

I am their current customer and the cameras are cheap china made and just do not work. No warranty. They say 1 year but do not help if you call several times they give you advise on what to do.

Stay away from them and save yourself!!!
