I couldn't be happier! I got a smoking deal on 4 tires for my SUV 18 months ago (also 4 free oil changes).

One of my tires went flat so I called and they said because I bought them there I could have it repaired free of charge (awesome, right). Well, turns out the tire was actually punctured on the side wall......meaning it couldn't just be patched up. However.....once again because I bought the tire there, instead of paying full retail for a brand new tire, they prorated the cost by how much tread was still on the old tire.

Come to find out, only 15% of the tread was used, meaning that instead of paying $200 for a new tire, my cost was $22.50.

Come on.....a brand new tire for $22.50!

I drove in on a spare during a busy Friday afternoon and they slipped my truck in and had me back on the road in 20 minutes.

I honestly can't be happier! These guys flipping rock!

I brought my car in for a heating / thermostat issue and to have it checked out and figue out what was wrong. They totally missed what was really wrong. They said maybe a coolant flush and fill and a new thermostat after charging me $40 to tell me that. Today I went to another local shop and they said it did not seem like a thermosat issue from what i had described before he even looked at the car. They performed a free diagnosis and found that the Intake manifold gaskets were leaking and the coolant was low. He showed it to me and you could see it was leaking just by visual inspection. He also go me temperature readings to verify. He thoroughly explained the issues and answered all my questions. The very knowledgable mechanic, Mike described and showed me the problem on my vehicle at NO CHARGE. I will take my business to Car-X on West wisconsin Ave. Mike is a great mechanic.
