        Sometimes more local isn’t better. I attempted to have them replace the window pane in a bedroom window that had broken. They’re expensive, rude, and will tell you want you want to hear. They schedule jobs manually using a bulletin board and only can schedule two weeks out because of the physical limitation of the board… really? When I called back over a month later they told me they couldn’t fit me in and to call back in a few weeks. They delayed my window replacement for months already. After that, I called after weeks of hearing nothing and they still hadn’t put me on the schedule. If it wasn’t for having paid an expensive deposit I would have walked already. Shameful! I regret choosing them over a commercial contractor.
