We were blown away by the thoroughness of the inspection, the knowledge of housing issues, the various home warrantys and guarantees that come with the inspection, and the follow-up after we moved in. We bought an older house, and the meticulous inspection done by Patrick Murphy found things that might have taken months to years for us to find (if ever!). We felt much safer and well prepared moving forward with the purchase. After we moved in, Patrick advised us on getting an HVAC issue resolved (he pointed out the issue during the original inspection). When the contractors failed to fix it after several tries he phoned them and ensured that they got everything right! He responded to our inquiries about the home warranty right away and has followed up with us to be sure that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. We would have been happy with an accurate general inspection, but Patrick really went into everything about the house. The incredible post-inspection service was completely unexpected. The inspection and the subsequent service has definitely paid for itself. Couldnt be happier with the choice!
