        Overall

        I had a broken balancer. I ordered the replacement myself, but what I received was under warranty and very low quality. The repair didn't go as planned and Pat worked with me to make sure it was repaired correctly and with a quality part. Pat was very helpful, honest, and fair with his pricing. My window is now working great! Thanks Pat!
