I’m so glad that I chose C&L services over the other quotes that I received. They really do good work, in a timely manner. I feel confident that I chose the right company to do the job. The owner Carl was so kind and answered all my questions. His install staff did an efficient job and cleaned up afterwards. And his office staff is always friendly when I call. I couldn’t be happier.

So, My AC went out last Fall, but I didnt want to fix it until I’d need it again this Summer. I called 3 companies out for prices, just because that’s the kind of lady I am. I like to have too many options than not enough. Carl’s price was right in the middle. I decided to use his company, because he was the only guy who went in my attic to inspect my ductwork before giving me my quote. Why didn’t anyone else? Big red flag for me. When the crew came to install my system they were all very nice, they even took their shoes off before they came in my house. I was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and how well they cleaned up. I appreciate that. I’d highly recommend them. I’m very picky, and I am very impressed.

So glad to find a company I can count on. I've done business with some of the others around town with bad luck. Carl was nice and friendly. Found out later that he owned the place, I can see why they are doing so well. He is unlike anyone else I've had do work on my home, he's honest and humble. He even played fetch with my spunky lab who wouldn't leave him alone as he tried to fix my A/C. I plan to upgrade my system soon, I believe I've found the guys for the job. I would highly recommend Carl & and crew.

New to the area, gave them a shot. They showed up a few hours after I called. (unheard of in AZ where I'm from) The tech was so friendly, and helpful. He got my air running in 30 minutes. $50 service call and $135 for part. I am so happy this company is right down the street. I would recommend them. Very nice office staff, and awesome tech.

Don't, just don't. When our unit was installed they left our gas line unattached. It was weeks before we discovered this. It was fixed, but not before our gas bill went way up for the month. At our 6 month service time, I scheduled a service date while I was at work. Fast forward to last week and at our house closing we called for a final service and inspection and were informed that we didn't return their call and set up the first service and that the services for free were voided because it had been a year. I informed the office assistant that it was scheduled and after being talked over and told they write down everything she refused to reinstate our free service calls and basically insinuated that I was making it all up. My husband called back and spoke to the office supervisor and he agreed to a one time free service. The day they came, they left a rude message before coming and left an inspection paper stating that because we didn't have the regular service (that was scheduled and never completed by them), that we need a cleaning service that they only want $385 to do. We, of course, called another company to get another quote. The other company said that service was part of a normal service call 2 times per year and will only charge $140 for TWO service calls with this cleaning included. C&L has horrible service and will stick it to you if you stand up for yourself!

My A/C unit recently had a blown capacitor, I called hagan who is labeled as premier on the Lennox site and spoke to a lady at 2:00 am. Long story short, their " on call" called me 7 hours later. C&L services however showed up at my house moments later and fixed the issue for 47% less than hagan's quote. I am certainly a raving fan and the technician should be commended by the owner for his professionalism.

BUYER BEWARE!!! My AC recentl...

BUYER BEWARE!!! My AC recently went out and I was given the number of C&L Services by a family member. They were able to come out the following day, which I was happy about. Also, the service guys were very polite; that's all I have to say good about them. The first time they came out and replaced the duel capacitor (a part which cost about $5) and added a small amount of freon. This ran a little over $200, which i thought was high, but having a newborn in the house i had to get the ac fixed immediately. Roughly an hour or two after they left, my ac quit working again. I called and they came back out to switch out the motor and billed me almost $300 this time. I was really displeased, but again with a newborn in the house i had to get the ac working. The following day I called several of C&Ls competitors because I felt that I was vastly overcharged. After getting four separate bids, my assumption was correct; I had been overcharged. the estimated for the same exact work and parts ranged from $225 to almost $300, about half of what I was charged. I called the company to make sure there had not been a problem with the billing explaining that the other estimates were about half what they charged me. Needless to say, the politeness on there end had dissipated. I was told I needed to speak to the owner and it would be several weeks before he called me because they were so busy. I guess when they have yet to take your money they can be out that day; once they have it, its a few weeks. So, my advice is this: USE ANY OTHER REPAIR SERVICE or you might end up getting hustled like I did.

What you failed to mention in your complaint,which you never knew because i didnt tell you, was that I, the owner, made the first trip out to your house because we were very backed up and you stated that you had a newborn in the home. Then after arriving and finding a blown capacitor, i replaced it and also found the system 3 lbs low on freon (nice to know you consider 3 lbs a small amount when most system only hold 7-8 lbs) I then proceeded to tell you that your outdoor fan motor was overamping and the bearings were going out in it,and that it was likely the cause of your blown capacitor. You declined having a new fan motor put on at that time because the fan motor was again up and running after i installed the new capacitor. Then when you called back later that afternoon i sent someone right back out within the hour and replaced the motor.The bill for the motor was not $300 and i didnt even charge you for a return trip out even though you declined the new motor the first time i was out and recommended it. So by all rights you should have been charged another $50 for a seperate trip out. Then you come on here complaining about my service and business?? You need to take a look in the mirror and also in your "bill" folder. bc btw you still owe me for the fan motor!!!

FINALLY!

This comany is great! Friendly staff. They know what they are talking about, no second guessing with these guys. After many disappointing visits by other companies, I have finally found an HVAC company I am completely happy with. They were out here same day I called & fixed an issue that had been ongoing for over 2 months with a different company. I will recommend them to all.

no games,no surprises!!

We had a problem with our heat pump recently and called the guys at C&L Services. The receptionist was very friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable about heat pumps in general and was able to answer all of my questions,as well as book me an appointment for that SAME DAY! The service tech that came out arrived,to my surprise, 5 minutes early and was not only very friendly and courteous but went straight to work and had my problem diagnosed for me in less than 5 minutes. he then went over all my options and prices accordingly and once i gave them the go ahead, he had my unit up and running in less than 30 minutes! They truly are Johnny on the spot and were very reasonably priced as i have had some bad experiences with other companies in the past. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing service done on their heating and a/c system. At first it was the $50 service call charge to come out and diagnose my problem that led me to call, but after my experience with them i feel i have finally found a company that i can trust to take care of all of my heating and air needs! THANKS GUYS!!!
