South Wood Pest Control

My property managers hired this company because rodents were coming out of the walls in the townhouse. Eventually a pissed off looking guy showed up.

He did not patch all of the holes. He hid some glue traps around the place and now a week later I am trying to find where the dead rodent is that is stinking up the place.

No answer to calls. No follow up to check the traps. Don't bother with them unless you like half way done work.

Do not i repeat do not trust this company!!



The workers are shady as well as the owners. They did a job on our house and it got broken into. We filed a police report and the police said the only way this could of been done is by an inside job.. because they went through everything from opening draws, looking under dressers, to opening up all of our suitcases.. if southwood had done their job right the bulgar wouldn't of had that much time to commit theses crimes because they would of been dead from the poisnous gas. The only thing they stole was our tax returns which included our social security and laptops. They went through all of our stuff broke into suitcases and such.



They did not even provide the proper material when it came to the termite extermination.



We called southwood about this issue they did not express any concern at all. The owner marilyn was quite unprofessional she yelled at me the whole time when i was the one who had my house broken into and i still remained calm.



She did not offer any help to our family what so ever, no condolences, no apologies, nothing.



I repeat DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY DO WORK ON YOUR HOME

unless you want to experience the same pain that my family had to go through
